Children join Cubs when they are 8 years old and move up to Scouts when they are 10\u00bd. There are a number of awards and proficiency badges for the children to achieve. The Cubs usually take part in at least one camp a year and a number of Section, Group and District activities including competitions, canoeing and parades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
